To give our customers that wonderful unforgettable feeling of the first bite of a perfect treat. A flaky croissant, a chewy gooey chocolate chip cookie, a sweet chocolatey birthday cake; whatever floats your boat.
Located in the small town of Cairo, NY, here at Delightful Bites by Nina we use local, simple ingredients that you can spell to create something truly unique. We offer all of your favorite pastries and treats along with custom designed and decorated cakes, cupcakes and cookies. I'm Nina and I'm here to make you smile.

Nina made my wedding cake and it was absolutely stunning and delicious. We went for a tasting before we ordered the cake and it was so hard to choose because everything was so good! The prices were very reasonable as well and not to mention how accommodating Nina was and very responsive to any question we had.

Our bear takes the cake…or should I say cupcake? Our Aubrey did such an amazing job on this bear, we created a cupcake inspired by it. If you haven’t tried it, come in next week!
